Din Ke Aakhir Mein Golla Kaise Milayein?

Raat ko golla ginte hain, aur number poora nahi baithta. Phir aadha ghanta sochte rehte hain — paisay gaye kahan? Roz ki baat hai na?

You count the till at night and the number doesn't add up. Then you spend half an hour wondering where the money went. Happens daily, doesn't it?

Masla paisay ka nahi hai. Masla yeh hai ke subah kya tha, yeh kisi ko yaad hi nahi. Aayein, isay theek karte hain.

The problem isn't the money. The problem is that nobody remembers what was there in the morning. Let's fix that.

The day starts here. Open the Cash Register and enter the float you put in the till this morning. This one step makes all the difference.

After that, every cash sale through the day adds itself to this register. Nothing for you to count.

Aur jo paisa galle se nikla — rickshay ka kiraya, mazdoori, chai — woh kharchon mein darj karein. Nikla hua paisa bhi register se kam hota rahega.

And money that leaves the till — rickshaw fare, labour, tea — record it under expenses. What goes out comes off the register too.

Ab raat ko, band karte waqt. Galle ke paisay ginein, aur jo ginti aayi woh yahan likh dein. System foran bata dega ke us ke hisaab se kitne hone chahiye thay.

Now at closing time. Count the cash in the till and enter what you counted. The system immediately tells you how much there should have been.

Aur agar farq nikal aaye? Ghabrayein nahi. Farq saamne likha aa jata hai — kitne kam, kitne zyada. Ab behes nahi hogi, seedha us din ke bill dekh kar pata chal jayega.

And if there's a discrepancy? Don't panic. The difference is written right there — short or over. No more arguing; just look at that day's bills and you'll find it.

Ab woh ghalti jo sab se mehngi parti hai. Register khole baghair din shuru kar dena. Subah ka number hi nahi, to raat ko milana kis se hai? Usool seedha hai — dukaan khuli, to register bhi khula.

Now the costliest mistake: starting the day without opening the register. If there's no morning number, what are you reconciling against at night? The rule is simple — shop open, register open.

Aur nateeja? Har din ka alag record mehfooz rehta hai. Kal ka, parson ka, pichlay hafte ka — jab chahein khol kar dekh lein.
