Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
SwiftKhata offers a 10-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. If you decide not to continue after the trial, no charges will be applied, and you do not need to cancel. The trial simply expires.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly at Rs 3,000 per store location. Payment is made via bank transfer. Your subscription period begins on the date your payment is verified and runs for 30 days.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
4. Refund Eligibility
Within 7 days of payment: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment being verified. This applies to first-time subscribers who have not previously received a refund.
After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period after the first 7 days. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent you from using the Service.
Service downtime: If the Service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 continuous hours) due to issues on our end, we will provide a pro-rated credit for the affected period applied to your next billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your registered email address
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests can be submitted via email at info@swiftkhata.com or via WhatsApp. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the same account from which the original payment was made. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
7. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, your data is preserved for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription or export your data. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. If you need more time, contact us before the 30-day period ends.
