How does the free plan work?
The free plan is free forever — no time limit, no expiry. You get every SwiftKhata feature with generous limits: 10 orders per month, 1 store location, khata for 5 customers, 1 staff account, and 3 purchase orders per month. No credit card required. Upgrade to Pro whenever your business outgrows the limits.
What happens when I hit the 10-order limit?
Once you reach 10 orders in a calendar month, you will need to upgrade to Pro to continue processing orders. Your existing data is always preserved and accessible.
How do I pay for Pro?
Pro is billed monthly at $10/month via Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes! Every new account gets 1 month of full Pro access completely free. After that, you stay on the free plan forever (10 orders/month) or upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
How does multi-location pricing work?
The Pro plan at $10/month includes unlimited store locations. Add as many shops and warehouses as you need at no extra cost.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. SwiftKhata Pro is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or long-term commitments.
Does the desktop app cost extra?
No. The desktop app is included in both the Free and Pro plans at no extra charge. It works offline and syncs automatically when you are back online.
