About SwiftKhata
Started in Pakistan, now serving businesses worldwide. We are building affordable, reliable POS and inventory software for how you actually work.
Why we built SwiftKhata
Walk into any market and you will see the same picture: shopkeepers managing sales on paper registers, tracking credit in handwritten khata books, and running their inventory from memory. The few who have tried software often found it too expensive, too complicated, or not suited to how their business actually works.
SwiftKhata was born from this gap. We started in Pakistan and set out to build a complete business management platform that any shopkeeper can start using the same day they sign up. No expensive hardware, no IT consultant, no training courses. Just sign up, add your products, and start billing.
We handle everything from POS billing and stock tracking to customer credit management (khata) and full reporting. It works on the web and as a desktop app that runs even when the internet goes down, because we know connectivity is not always reliable everywhere.
Our guiding principles
Started in Pakistan, Built for the World
SwiftKhata was born in Pakistan and shaped by real-world business needs. From khata management to multi-currency support, every feature is designed for how small businesses actually work, no matter where they are.
Affordable for Everyone
Enterprise POS systems are expensive. We believe every shopkeeper, from a small general store to a multi-branch retail chain, deserves professional software at a price that makes sense. Start free, then just $10/month for unlimited everything.
Simple by Design
Software should save time, not create more work. SwiftKhata is designed to be intuitive from day one. Your staff can learn it in minutes, not days. No training programs, no thick manuals, just open it and start selling.
