Aayein, do minute mein yeh theek kar lete hain. Yeh dekhein — dashboard. Poori dukaan ki haalat, ek hi nazar mein.

Pehla kaam bohat aasan hai. Apni cheezein ek baar system mein daal dein — naam, qeemat, aur kitna maal para hai. Bas ek dafa. Phir kabhi nahi.
The first step is easy. Enter your items once — name, price, and how much stock you have. Just once. Never again.
Nayi cheez daalni hai? Naam likhein, khareed ki qeemat, farokht ki qeemat, barcode. Aur opening stock mein wohi tadaad jo abhi aap ki dukaan mein maujood hai.
Adding a new product? Name, cost price, sale price, barcode. And opening stock is whatever is physically in your shop right now.
Ab sab se zaroori baat. Supplier se maal aaye, to yahan darj kar dein. Bas. Stock khud barh jayega. Aur sale hoti rahegi, to khud kam hota rahega. Aap ko kuch ginna nahi parega.
Now the important part. When stock arrives from your supplier, record it here. That's it. Stock rises by itself, and falls by itself with every sale. Nothing to count manually.
Aur yeh… yeh sab se kaam ki cheez hai. Jo maal kam reh gaya hai, woh dashboard par alag nazar aata hai. Supplier ko phone karne se pehle yahan dekh lein. Phir gaahak aap ko nahi batayega ke maal khatam hai.
And this is the most useful part. Whatever is running low shows separately on the dashboard. Check here before phoning your supplier — then your customer won't be the one telling you it's finished.
