Counter Par Billing Tez Kaise Karein?

Shaam ke chhe bajay. Counter par chaar gaahak kharay hain. Aap calculator par jor rahe hain, aur peechay wala banda ja chuka hai. Yeh roz hota hai na?

Six in the evening. Four customers at the counter. You're adding up on a calculator, and the man at the back has already left. This happens daily, doesn't it?

Is ka hal bohat seedha hai. Yeh POS Billing ki screen hai. Poora bill yahin banta hai — ek hi safha, kuch aur kholne ki zaroorat nahi.

Cheez daalne ke do tareeqay hain. Naam ke do teen harf likhein, aur cheez saamne aa jayegi. Ya barcode par scanner maar dein — scanner bhi yehi khana bharta hai, aur cheez khud bill mein chali jati hai.

Two ways to add an item. Type two or three letters of the name and it appears. Or scan the barcode — the scanner fills the same box, and the item drops into the bill.

Aur jaise jaise cheezein shaamil hoti hain, total saath saath banta rehta hai. Riayat, tax, sab isi mein laga kar aakhri raqam dikha deta hai. Aap ko jorna nahi parta, aur ghalti ki gunjaish khatam.

And as items go in, the total builds alongside. Discount and tax are applied and the final amount is shown. Nothing for you to add up, and no room for arithmetic mistakes.

Aur agar gaahak ne kaha ke baad mein doonga? Ooper us ka naam laga dein. Bill usi gaahak ke khaate mein chala jayega. Alag se kaapi par likhne ki zaroorat nahi.

And if the customer says they'll pay later? Put their name at the top. The bill goes into that customer's ledger. No separate register entry needed.

Bill mukammal hua to parchi nikal aati hai. Aam thermal printer par, wohi chhoti parchi jo aap gaahak ko thamate hain. Koi khaas machine nahi leni parti.

Once the bill is done, the receipt prints. On an ordinary thermal printer — the same small slip you already hand customers. No special machine to buy.

Ab woh ghalti jo rush mein sab se hoti hai. Jaldi mein bill banaya hi nahi — paisay galle mein daale aur bas. Us ek sale ka na stock kam hua, na hisaab mein aayi. Usool ek hi hai: har sale, chahe das rupay ki ho, system se guzray.

Now the mistake everyone makes in a rush. No bill at all — cash into the drawer and move on. That one sale never reduced stock and never entered the accounts. One rule: every sale, even a ten-rupee one, goes through the system.

Phir shaam ko yeh safha kholein. Din ke saaray bill tarteeb se maujood. Kitne gaahak aaye, kitne ka maal gaya — sab likha hua. Aur yehi report raat ko golla ginte waqt kaam aati hai.
