Pre-Built Roles
Admin, Stock Manager and Cashier logins, plus Seller (no login) to credit sales to a salesperson. Each role's access is set for you.
Fixed Role Permissions
Reports, expenses, staff and settings are admin-only. Cashier returns above an amount you set need admin approval.

Changes are logged with who made them and when. Filter the log by staff member, action or date.

Add staff with name, email, phone, and assign a role (Admin, Stock Manager, Cashier or Seller).
Pick the Role
The role decides what they can open — there are no per-person permission switches to manage.
Monitor Activity
View the activity log to see who did what. Filter by staff, date, or action type.
