SwiftKhata is not FBR integrated
If you are legally required to run an FBR-integrated POS, SwiftKhata cannot meet that requirement today. We would rather tell you that before you sign up than after.
What SwiftKhata does not do
Submitting invoices to FBR or PRAL, in real time or in batches
FBR fiscal QR codes on receipts
FBR fiscal invoice numbers or sequential gap-free numbering
FBR Tier-1 POS registration, certification or compliance
Filing, returns or any submission to a tax authority
There is no timeline for FBR integration. If that changes, this page will say so — and it will say so only after a real invoice has gone through.
What SwiftKhata does do
A default store tax rate plus optional per-product rates (including 0%), shown on the receipt
An invoice number on every sale, and a searchable record of all of them
Your shop's own STRN/NTN (entered in Settings) and a business customer's (entered on the customer) on the web receipt — this is not FBR integration
Sales, product, customer and expense exports as CSV for your accountant
Sales, profit-and-loss and expense reports inside SwiftKhata
SwiftKhata is billing, stock and khata software. It keeps your shop records straight; it is not a tax filing service, and nothing in it should be treated as tax advice.
